    Mr. Lubsen has over 35 years of experience in the microelectronics industry, focused
    in Operations, Quality and Supplier/Subcontractor Management.  Prior to joining
    NeoKinetics, Terry was the Vice President of Quality and Supplier/Subcontractor
    Management at both FlipChip International, and Amkor Technology.

    Mr. Lubsen has spent over 10 years offshore in senior management positions. At
    FlipChip, Terry introduced FCI Shanghai’s Quality Systems and Supplier/Subcontractor
    Management activities, dramatically improving their factory internal and total customer
    satisfaction indices.  While at Amkor Philippines, he managed their multi-site Quality and
    Reliability functions, developed and implemented a country-wide Supplier Continuous
    Improvement strategy and executed a ship-to-stock program for incoming materials. Additionally,
    he designed and deployed Amkor’s Supplier Regional Centers (SRC) in Japan, Taiwan, Korea,
    China, Singapore, and Malaysia that enabled real-time communications between the factories,
    suppliers/subcontractors and other Amkor World Wide assembly sites and corporate offices.

    Mr. Lubsen received a BS from San Jose State University, and is both a Certified Quality
    Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor.
